Introduction: Ace Hardware

I’d like you to meet Ace Hardware’s rebate program! Christina made me realize that I haven’t done a proper intro yet!

Ace’s rebate program is a pretty typical one; they have monthly forms where they list items with rebates. Sometimes they put stuff on sale to make it free after that rebate. They frequently have a separate rebate form for fertilizers, which you have to mail to a different address (another stamp!).

When you are ready to submit, you complete the paper form (you can print from the Internet or get from the store), submit with original receipts and UPCs (typically required) and get a check in a few weeks.

However, if you are a member of the Ace Rewards Program (which is free to sign up for), you can submit your rebates online (saving a stamp) through their e-Rebates program. Other benefits to being an Ace Rewards member include:

  • 1000 free bonus points on your first purchase
  • 10 points for every $1 you spend
  • Every 2500 points = $5 Reward
  • Special members-only offers
  • Bonus point offers throughout the year
  • Every day in-store discounts
  • Advance notice on super sales

  • You’ll get a member card that they scan when you shop in the store, or enter your number online if you order at acehardware.com.

Either way you submit your rebates (mail in or online), you can check your rebate submittal status online.
